Govt Backs Nakivubo Channel Giveaway(25: June'07)

Local government Minister Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafiire has backed Kampala City Council’s decision to allocate Nakivubo drainage channel to private developers. The 11 kilometre drainage channel has been parcelled out and licensed to three developers.
