In East Africa for business? Take a few days off and help yourself to a safari. We understand your time is precious and limited and that’s why we have arranged packages to get you the most relaxation and fun before heading back to work.

Interested in gorillas, you can have a 3 day fly-in gorilla package in Uganda or a 2 day gorilla package in Rwanda. In Uganda, you arrive at Entebbe International Airport before being transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park by chartered plane. The journey takes less than an hour compared to the 9 hours by road. Once you arrive at Kisoro Airstrip, meet up with your guide who will take you to your accommodation for check-in and lunch. In the afternoon, you can choose to either rest or do a few activities like the cultural tour to visit the communities around the national park or a nature walk before retiring to your room after supper. Early in the morning after breakfast, leave the lodge with packed lunch and go to the park headquarters for briefing before setting off in search of gorillas. In the end you will meet the majestic primates and you will spend one hour with them before returning to the park headquarters. The entire hike through the dense jungles will take anywhere from 4 – 8 hours. You will retire to the lodge to freshen up and rest as you await lunch. The following day, there are two departure options. You can either fly back to Entebbe for your flight home or you can cross over to Rwanda and use the airport in Kigali. The latter option gives you a chance to get a scenic drive through the hills and mountains with brief stopovers and tour of Kigali. However, if you cannot afford a whole 3 days, how about the 2 day gorilla trek in Rwanda. You arrive in Kigali and meet your guide. If you arrive in the morning hours there will be time for a city tour before driving north to the Volcanoes National Park; home of the gorillas. You will check-in to your accommodation and rest. In the early morning, you will have breakfast and packed lunch before leaving for the park headquarters. Once there, you will enjoy a cup of coffee coupled with an epic cultural performance before being briefed on how the gorilla trek will be carried out. The gorilla trek will take a maximum of 8 hours after which you will proceed to the lodge to check out. You will be given a packed snack for your drive south to the airport. However, you should ensure that you book a late evening flight out of Kigali.
